Francesca was born and raised in Southern California. She grew up in sunny Laguna Beach and switched coasts to New York for college where she attended Marymount Manhattan College for undergrad. After graduation, she was a webcast anchor reporting on finance and technology news. After her stint with reporting she attended graduate school at NYU where she got her master's degree in Communications Management and Technology. It was there that Francesca gained more interest in digital media. She also received the President's Service Award at NYU for her outstanding leadership in her master's program.

Francesca then worked at ad agencies such as Grey and Ogilvy and generated paid search and social media ads for brands such as IBM, Sour Patch Kids, and Oreo. A lover of digital marketing Francesca is constantly catching up on the latest digital trends. In 2018, Francesca married her husband, a western New York native, and moved to Kenmore in 2019 after spending a decade living in New York City. She has since become involved in the Buffalo community where she is a board member of Harmonia Collaborative Care and is the co-chair of the NYU Alumni in Western NY planning events for alums throughout the area.
